I played around with Fireworks to give the impression of what a Festiva would look like with a bit more aggressive "factory-look" fender flares. These would be the easiest kind to custom make for the Festiva body (using steel or fiberglass). Give a clean look for allowing use of a wider tire/wheel combo.

The ends of the stock bumpers might be able to be pushed out with a brace to match the new contour (if anyone wanted to try this).
