They are pretty rare.

It may not be special to everyone, but to a factory festiva option hound such as me, its the acme. Esp in this condition ! Of all the factory festiva options Ive acquired ( and thats a lot )the underseat storage tray has been the most elusive, bar none. I'll pay top $ for others.

tracer ones are shallower and will not direct fit under a Festy seat.....I have 2 of the Tracer and 1 of the Festy ones....hehehe
